Each attraction typically runs 20–35 minutes depending on group size and pace. Plan to spend at least 90 minutes on property if you're doing both.
We recommend guests be at least 10–12 years old. Parental discretion is strongly advised. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our actors are trained not to make physical contact with guests. However, this is a fully immersive experience — expect to feel surrounded.
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of weather cancellation, we will work with ticket holders to reschedule.
Phones are allowed but flash photography is prohibited inside the attractions. It ruins the experience for everyone — and you're going to want both hands free.
